Our program includes a prescription for a commonly prescribed weight loss medication and a Vitamin B-12 injections to get you started on your weight loss journey. We will provide you with some tips on a healthy and fast weight loss program.

Follow-up Monthly Visits are $100.00
Prepay for the 3 month plan at $450.00 and receive 2 more Vitamin B-12 injections, with your plan.

I’ve been to two other places for Botox and dysport and was super disappointed. However, La Belle Vie was warm and welcoming. The facility is beautiful and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

My review is based off of my experience in the office , the staff was very friendly and professional . After several questions answered and reviews read I made the decision to have the femilift and oshot procedures to help with my urinary stress and incontinence . Kelly helped with the femi lift and o shot, I was very excited and nervous. The procedure was painless and easy and convenient. The results however, are not what I expected. I have not seen ANY difference. I also have not seen any difference in the results after having the o shot . I am very dissappointed . I realize everyone is different but for the cost of the procedure you should notice some benefits . Maybe my expectations were too high. If you are considering this please make sure you can afford to throw away your money.
