By using this website or booking an appointment with La Belle Vie, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes to learn about our treatments and to contact us or request a consultation. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Transmit spam, malware, or any content that is harmful, offensive, or disruptive.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or our systems.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute site content without our written permission.

2. Not Medical Advice

Everything on this website is general information about the treatments we offer. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation for any individual, and reading it or sending us a message does not create a provider–patient relationship. Whether a treatment is appropriate for you can only be decided at an in-person consultation that takes your medical history into account.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use our contact form for urgent medical concerns.

3. Consultations, Treatment & Results

• Every treatment is preceded by a consultation and a candidacy assessment. We may decline to provide a treatment, or refer you elsewhere, if we do not believe it is safe or likely to help.
• You will be asked to review and sign an informed-consent form describing the treatment, its risks and its aftercare before anything is performed.
• Results vary from person to person. Descriptions, timelines and any before-and-after images on this site show individual outcomes and are not a guarantee of your result.

4. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

• A credit card is kept on file to reserve an appointment.
• Please call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. If an emergency prevents that, let us know at least 6 hours before your appointment.
• Appointments that are missed, or not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, are subject to a $50 fee.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late we may need to reschedule you.

5. Payment & Refunds

• Treatments are self-pay; we do not bill insurance. Your account balance must be current, and prepaid accounts must hold sufficient funds, before services are provided.
• There are no refunds for treatments or services purchased. Unused funds may be applied toward another product or service.
• Once a treatment series has been started, it is considered rendered and is not refundable.
• Unopened products may be exchanged for a similar item within 15 days.
• Memberships are governed by the membership agreement you sign when you join. Financing is provided by a third-party lender, subject to its approval and its own terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, La Belle Vie is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a patient that cannot be limited by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to La Belle Vie and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written consent.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

Online booking, financing applications and some links on this site are provided by third parties. We do not control those services and they are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Utah.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
