THE NON-SURGICAL FACELIFT IN DRAPER, UTAH
One Plan, Several Tools, Months of Development
Structural filler, PDO threads, hyper-diluted Radiesse and energy-based tightening — sequenced deliberately into a single strategy rather than sold as separate treatments.
WHY A COMBINATION BEATS ANY SINGLE TREATMENT
Faces age along several axes at once. Volume is lost as fat pads deflate and bone remodels. Tissue descends as the supporting structures loosen. Skin quality declines as collagen and elastin production falls away. No single product addresses all three, which is why patients who chase one treatment repeatedly end up with a face that has been corrected in one dimension and left behind in the others — usually over-filled, because filler is the tool they kept reaching for.
The non-surgical facelift treats all three deliberately. Structural filler restores midface and jawline support. PDO threads provide mechanical repositioning and stimulate collagen along their path. Hyper-diluted Radiesse, a biostimulator, does something different again: rather than filling, it prompts your own fibroblasts to lay down new collagen across a broad area over the following months, which is why the result from it arrives slowly and looks like your own skin improving rather than like product placed under it. Where laxity is the dominant problem, Profound RF microneedling adds elastin stimulation that none of the injectables reach.
Sequencing is the craft. The biostimulator is placed early because it needs months to express. Structural filler establishes support before anything is lifted. Threads come at a point where there is something to lift toward. Energy-based work is timed so it does not conflict with recent injectables. Because the whole plan is designed as one strategy, that ordering is clinical rather than dictated by whichever appointment you happened to book first.
This is the treatment Kelly is best known for, and the one her portrait painting most directly informs — it is fundamentally a question of proportion, light, and how a face reads as a whole. It is also where the practice's stated limit applies most: if what you actually need is a surgical facelift, we will tell you so and refer you. A non-surgical plan pushed beyond what it can do produces exactly the overfilled look we spend our time avoiding.

WHAT GOES INTO THE PLAN
Which of these fits you is decided at your consultation, not from a menu.
Structural Filler
Midface, jawline and contour placement that restores support and lifts tissue indirectly rather than filling individual folds.
- Placed in the correct anatomical plane
- Supports rather than fills
- Immediate visible structure
- Reversible if needed
PDO Thread Lift
Absorbable threads placed to reposition tissue mechanically while stimulating collagen along their path as they dissolve.
- Mechanical lift without surgery
- Collagen stimulation along the thread path
- Fully absorbable over time
- Short recovery period
Hyper-Diluted Radiesse
A biostimulator that prompts your own fibroblasts to produce collagen across a broad area over months rather than adding volume directly.
- Builds your own collagen
- Results develop across months
- Broad-area skin quality improvement
- Placed early in a sequenced plan
Energy-Based Tightening
Profound RF microneedling added where laxity is the dominant issue, stimulating elastin as well as collagen at depth.
- Stimulates elastin, which injectables do not
- Usually a single treatment
- Timed around the injectable schedule
- For mild to moderate laxity

What to expect from a combination plan
Because biostimulators take months to express and treatments are deliberately staged, a full plan unfolds over a period of months rather than in one appointment. You will get a sequence with approximate dates at your consultation.
No, and we will not claim it is. Surgery repositions and removes tissue; a non-surgical plan restores volume, adds support, and improves skin quality. For mild to moderate change it can be an excellent answer. For significant skin excess, surgery is the right answer and you will get a referral.
Different components have different lifespans — filler metabolizes on its own timeline, threads absorb, and biostimulator-driven collagen persists differently again. We build a maintenance schedule around that rather than treating the plan as a one-time event.
The whole design intent is the opposite. Because much of the result comes from collagen developing over months rather than product appearing at once, change arrives gradually enough that it reads as looking well rather than as having had work done.
It varies by component. Injectables generally involve bruising risk and little else; threads have a short recovery; Profound RF involves swelling and bruising. We map the downtime of each stage at consultation so you can plan around events.
Yes, and many patients do. We will tell you which component gives you the most visible return first and build from there rather than requiring the whole plan upfront.
