MED SPA SERVING HIGHLAND, UTAH
Beneath Timpanogos, North of the Point
Highland families span a wide age range, and so do the concerns we treat — from postpartum intimate wellness to the sun damage that comes with a decade of Utah County summers.
TWO DISTINCT GROUPS, ONE CLINIC
Highland sits between Alpine and Lehi at the foot of Mount Timpanogos, about 19,000 people along the Murdock Canal Trail corridor. It is one of the more established communities in north Utah County, with a wider age spread than the fast-growing cities to the west — and our Highland patients split accordingly into two fairly distinct groups.
The first is younger families dealing with postpartum concerns: incontinence, laxity, and discomfort during intimacy that nobody warned them about and nobody has offered to treat. FemiLift and the O-Shot are non-surgical, hormone-free options for exactly that, performed by a female nurse practitioner in a private suite. The second is patients in their forties and fifties whose primary concern is what a decade of Utah County sun has done to their skin, and who want texture, pigment and laxity addressed without looking obviously treated.
Both groups get the same thing from us: a free, private, one-on-one consultation at a practice owned by Kelly Lance, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, who has more than thirty years of clinical medicine behind her and has been in aesthetics since 2014. There is no protocol applied regardless of who is in the chair.
Highland is a straightforward drive for us — north on I-15 over the Point of the Mountain and off at 13800 South, which for many Highland residents is a shorter trip than heading south into Provo or Orem. And because this page exists, you now know we are here; the previous version of this site had Highland set to noindex, which is a fair summary of why we rebuilt it.

Worth the drive
“I have been traveling from Arizona to see Kelly for three years now. Honestly, the best decision I ever made was walking into her clinic. I am a grandmother and no one can believe it! Thank you, Kelly and staff for making me feel like myself again! Addendum: Still coming to her and she is still amazing! Highly recommend listening to her suggestions. She is very trustworthy and her staff are friendly, accommodating, and understanding.”

Yes. FemiLift and the O-Shot are non-surgical and entirely hormone-free. Where pelvic floor physical therapy or a urogynecology referral is the better route, that is what we will recommend instead.
It depends on the type. Texture — crepiness, fine lines, scarring — responds to CO2 resurfacing and microneedling. Pigment and redness — age spots, brown discoloration, broken capillaries — respond to IPL. Many patients need both.
Yes. The drug-free ED program — shockwave therapy, the P-Shot, Priapus Toxin and the combined ED Trifecta — plus CoolSculpting, neurotoxin, laser hair removal and medical weight loss.
No. Treatments here are self-pay with pricing given upfront. Memberships, monthly specials and financing through Cherry and CareCredit are available.
