No. Pricing is the same for every patient regardless of which city you drive from, and you receive it in writing at your free consultation before committing to anything.
We are at 248 E 13800 S, Suite 3 in Draper. From I-15, take exit 289 (Bangerter Highway) and we are just east of the freeway on 13800 South; from the west side, Bangerter Highway runs straight to us. Google lists the suite as "Unit 3". It is the same place.
Monday and Wednesday 9am to 6pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9am to 5pm, and Friday 9am to 3pm. Booking ahead is worthwhile — especially for the longer appointments.
