Only up to a point. Restoring support in the right place lifts tissue indirectly, but significant laxity is a tightening or surgical problem. We will tell you when Profound RF, threads, or a plastic surgery referral is the more honest answer.
Topical numbing is applied before treatment and most fillers contain their own anesthetic. Most patients find the process very manageable, and lips — the most sensitive area — are numbed thoroughly first.
Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved, which is one of the reasons they are the mainstay of the practice. We would much rather have that conversation than have you live with something you are unhappy about.
