MED SPA SERVING ALPINE, UTAH
For Life Beneath Lone Peak
Alpine is high, dry, and lived outdoors. We treat the cumulative sun damage that comes with it — at a nurse-practitioner-owned clinic.
HIGH-ALTITUDE SKIN, TREATED PROPERLY
Alpine sits at the mouth of American Fork Canyon at the base of Lone Peak and Box Elder, one of the highest residential settings in the north Utah County area. It is roughly 10,000 people in a town where the Alpine Loop, the canyon trails and the Lone Peak wilderness are effectively the back garden — which is exactly why the skin we see from Alpine carries more photodamage than its owners expect.
Elevation increases UV intensity measurably. Combine that with an outdoor culture, a long ski season up the canyon, and the reflective effect of snow, and the result is cumulative damage: crepey texture around the eyes, diffuse pigment, broken capillaries, and fine lines on faces that have otherwise been well looked after. Fractional CO2 laser resurfacing is the treatment that genuinely changes that texture, and IPL on the Harmony XL platform addresses the pigment and vascular side.
Alpine is also affluent and older than the Lehi and Highland communities around it, which shifts the second half of our conversations toward laxity and volume rather than prevention. The non-surgical facelift approach — structural filler, PDO threads, hyper-diluted Radiesse to build your own collagen, and Profound RF microneedling where laxity dominates — is designed exactly for that, sequenced across months as one plan so it develops gradually rather than announcing itself.
That last point matters to Alpine patients more than most. The brief here is almost always the same: look well, look rested, do not look treated. It happens to be the stated policy of this practice. Kelly Lance paints oil portraits in her own time and brings that eye to proportion and balance — and she will tell you when the honest answer is a plastic surgery referral rather than a plan that will fall short.
Built for high-altitude photodamage
CO2 resurfacing and IPL for the cumulative UV that comes with living beneath Lone Peak.
The non-surgical facelift
Filler, PDO threads, Radiesse and Profound RF sequenced into one plan over months.
Results that develop gradually
Because much of the plan is collagen-based, change arrives slowly enough that it reads as looking well.
Hormone-free menopause options
FemiLift and the O-Shot address dryness, discomfort and incontinence without systemic hormones.
An honest surgical line
Where a facelift is what your face genuinely needs, you get a referral rather than an overfilled compromise.

Common questions
ALPINE MED SPA FAQ
Questions from patients in Alpine, 84004
Because UV intensity rises measurably with altitude, and Alpine sits high. Add an outdoor culture, canyon access, and snow reflecting UV back at your face through the winter, and cumulative damage accrues considerably faster.
No, and we will not claim it is. Surgery repositions and removes tissue. A non-surgical plan restores volume, adds support, and improves skin quality — excellent for mild to moderate change. Where there is significant skin excess, a plastic surgery referral is the honest answer.
Months. Biostimulators like Radiesse need time to build collagen, and treatments are staged deliberately so each one supports the next. That gradual development is precisely why the result does not announce itself.
September through February. Healing skin is highly photosensitive and Alpine combines high elevation, long sunny summers and a reflective winter. Scheduling into the cooler months is clinical rather than commercial.
A straightforward run north on I-15 over the Point of the Mountain, exiting at 13800 South in Draper. Many Alpine patients find it a comparable drive to heading south into Provo or Orem.
