CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY FOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies. We all have family and other obligations such as work. We request that you call at least 24 hours in advance or explain the emergency at least 6 hours before your appointment. When you do not call to cancel an appointment, we have not only provided staffing to serve you, but another patient could have had a needed treatment and we could not book them. It is not fair to all our patients when someone fails to make their scheduled appointment. La Belle Vie Medical Care & Aesthetics requires that a credit card number be kept on file to reserve your scheduled service. If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $50 fee.
We understand that there are times when traffic is bad and there are delays in your schedule. We try very hard to stay on time and prevent you from waiting for your scheduled time. If a patient is more than 10 minutes past their scheduled time, we have the right to reschedule the appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, La Belle Vie Medical Care & Aesthetics, will charge your card $50.00.
We require that patients all accounts are current. If you are on Bank Your Services, there must be enough money in your account to cover the desired service.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We value the security of all credit card information. All credit card information will be kept strictly confidential and will be stored securely and fully compliant with HIPAA laws and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.

There are no refunds for any treatment purchased. You may apply unused funds toward another product or service. If you paid for a series and started the series of treatment, La Belle Vie considers that the service was rendered. If you have purchased products, you are able to exchange the unopened product for similar product.
